ONCE YOU POP YOU CANNOT STOP
I went crazy last Thursday. I had a craving for tapas and instead of going out I thought I'd whip up some dishes and Sayang can bring back a nice loaf of special bread on the way home.
So here's how mad I was:

Pan de Tomates (rustic bread with sundried tomatoes)

Patatas Aioli (fried potatoes with fresh homemade garlic mayonnaise)

Albóndigas a la Jardinera (beef meatballs in spicy tomato sauce)

Tortilla Espinacas (spinach omellete)

Gambas Pil Pil (chilli and garlic tiger prawns)

Champiniones al Ajillo (garlic and parsley button mushrooms)
... and my dear Leelwan requested this:

Cauliflower and Cheese
Really easy to make believe me. Only took me 45 minutes to make all of the above (except the bread which was from Tesco). But what I found amazing was how much it all cost us for making it at home... just under a tenner excluding drinks! We would expect to pay at least 30 quid for all the tapas dishes above in smaller portion at La Tasca and Jambon Jambon minus the cauliflower and cheese! So it was a good night out in I must say.
Nak rasa?

I feel like having Char Siu Chicken Rice tonight.
Mmmmmmm.
